Self Portrait

This painting is from Brian Despain, who did some very interesting self portrait.

This painting shows a feeling of the passing of time, and the paint brush in his (the skull's) mouth tells the reader that " Painting is his life, or live for painting." 

This idea is very similar to my idea of "Art is my Drug" (thanks Doyle). 

This is his another painting I do really like!
