Religion, the start of civilization

Civilizations start with a group of people with similar belief. Through the time, Those beliefs became religions, which was more formal, more restrained, and more widely spread.
There are so many different religions and beliefs in the world. However, they have one same principal, which is that there is a "man"(God figure) judging people all the time.
