There are so many different religions and beliefs in the world. However, they have one same principal, which is that there is a "man"(God figure) judging people all the time.

Bob, this is a very cool idea. I like how oil painting is also kind of referencing traditional religious iconography and paintings of the master's (or maybe that's just me reading too much into things haha). Religion is such a broad topic; how do you plan on choosing which elements to focus on? So excited to see where this project goes!

删除hahaha Doyle you were the only person who was going to realize that about oil paintings but now that you say it that is kind of perfect. Also Bob the "daily life" aspect will be pretty interesting to explore I bet. Are you looking at more modern influences of religion then? Like on people who are alive today? That would be a pretty cool subject especially because of what is going on right now in the world.
删除Religion is such a strong topic, and putting all the main religious figures in one painting is a really strong message, that religions all have a similar basis and a similar idea and structure and that religions are able to coexist peacefully and are all equally grand and should be equally respected. Great idea! This will be a very cool and unique piece since I've never seen this done before!!
